Mary Ann Guilatco has trained Master Black Belts, Black Belts and Green Belts in the Asia-Pacific region in the past five years. She has coached participants from China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Over a period of 15 years, she worked as a Statistician and most recently Deployment Director and MBB for Consumer Driven Six Sigma. She has taught hundreds of people on different quality tools. She has spearheaded close to a hundred Lean Six-Sigma projects on transactional and manufacturing processes in the automotive industry in the past five years.

For the past five years, Wilbert Bayani has the necessary experiences with 6-Sigma projects, such as: what makes a good project, what are the potential pit falls, coaching and mentoring Black Belts and Green Belts to success. He has practical experiences also, which he can relate to the participants for practical implementation of 6-Sigma. In addition, he has the knowledge of deploying 6-Sigma within the organization and the necessary leadership behaviors to help cope or deal with any cultural changes that may represent during the introduction of 6-Sigma. These leadership behaviors includes Project Management, Change Management and Team Management. He has extensive trainings here and abroad, closed projects and hundreds of Black Belts and Green Belts trained and coached in Asia Pacific Region, such as participants from China, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. On the other hand, over a period of 10 years, he has variety of experiences in the field of Finance where he worked as an Auditor, Cost Accountant, Tax Professor and most recently Master Black Belt for Consumer Driven Six Sigma.

She also involves in major manufacturing initiatives that positively affect Customer Satisfaction, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, Cost and Safety as well as Lean Manufacturing discipline and environment.
For 10 solid years, she exposed widely in the field of manufacturing system. She plans , organizes and directs the manufacturing department’s program, activities and resources to ensure effective management and systems/operations responsive to the company and customer requirements relative to lean manufacturing system.
